Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Our Commitment

Oneup Innovations, Inc. is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive digital experience for all customers, including people with disabilities.

We believe that every person should be able to access our products, services, information, and online features with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Digital accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We continue to monitor, evaluate, and improve the accessibility and usability of our website as technology, content, accessibility standards, and customer needs evolve.

This Accessibility Statement applies to:

Website: jaxxliving.com

Accessibility Standards

Our accessibility efforts are guided by generally recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly referred to as WCAG, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium.

Our goal is to improve the accessibility of liberator.com in alignment with applicable WCAG Level AA guidelines.

Because website content, Shopify themes, and third-party applications may change over time, accessibility requires continuous review, testing, and remediation.

Our Accessibility Efforts

As part of our commitment to digital accessibility, we have engaged UserWay, a third-party digital accessibility provider, to support our accessibility efforts.

Our accessibility program may include:

  • Automated accessibility scanning and monitoring;

  • User-triggered accessibility adjustments;

  • Automated remediation technology;

  • Manual accessibility reviews and testing;

  • Keyboard-navigation testing;

  • Screen-reader testing;

  • Evaluation of images, forms, links, buttons, menus, and other interactive features;

  • Review and remediation of reported accessibility barriers; and

  • Accessibility improvements performed by our developers and service providers.

Automated tools are one component of our broader accessibility efforts and do not replace ongoing manual review, testing, and website-level improvements.

UserWay Accessibility Widget

Liberator.com provides the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget, which is powered by a dedicated accessibility server.

The accessibility menu offers user-triggered features that allow visitors to adjust certain aspects of the website according to their individual preferences. Depending on the feature selected, these options may include:

  • Increasing or decreasing text size;

  • Adjusting color contrast;

  • Pausing certain animations;

  • Changing text spacing;

  • Highlighting links;

  • Increasing cursor visibility; and

  • Making other display or navigation adjustments.

The accessibility menu can be opened by selecting the accessibility icon displayed on the website.

These features are intended to improve usability for some visitors. The presence of the accessibility widget does not mean that every page, feature, or third-party application will be accessible to every person or assistive technology.

Automated Remediation Technology

Liberator.com has enabled UserWay’s Automated Remediation Technology for website visitors.

This technology may help identify or address certain accessibility issues during page loading, including issues associated with:

  • Alternative text for certain images and non-text content;

  • Keyboard navigation;

  • Visible keyboard focus;

  • Skip-navigation links;

  • Form labels;

  • Page structure; and

  • Other accessibility-related website elements.

Automated remediation cannot identify or correct every possible accessibility barrier. Automated results may require review, correction, or additional manual remediation.

Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some portions of the website may not yet be fully accessible to every user or compatible with every type of assistive technology.

Potential limitations may involve:

  • Third-party Shopify applications;

  • Payment or checkout services;

  • Product reviews;

  • Embedded videos or social-media content;

  • Chat, marketing, or promotional applications;

  • Older images, documents, or content;

  • Product information received from third parties; and

  • Features that are currently undergoing accessibility review or remediation.

Some third-party content and services are operated by providers that Oneup Innovations, Inc. does not fully control. We encourage our third-party providers to make their services accessible, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of every external service or application.

The amount of time required to investigate or resolve an issue may depend on its complexity, the technology involved, and whether the affected feature is provided by a third party.

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.

We periodically review our website, evaluate reported barriers, and work to implement accessibility improvements based on recognized standards, available technology, customer feedback, and the needs of people who use assistive technologies.
