We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all our products, from daybeds to bean bags. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that are not the result of consumer damage or modifications. Please note that replacement parts will be provided for defective components only; the warranty does not include full product exchanges.

PROVIDE INFORMATION
Provide your original order number, a verbal description of the issue, and a picture of the issue, and the item(s) purchased. If you do not have an order number, please provide your shipping information.
RESOLVE CLAIM
Depending on the nature of the claim, you may be entitled to a partial refund or a replacement. All products have a 1-year manufacture warranty.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects only. This includes defects on material or workmanship that are not a result of consumer damage or use. In the case of a replacement, the defective component is returned and replaced, the warrant does not include full product exchanges.

Our products come with a 1-year warranty. However, certain actions can void the warranty. These include the following:
Consumer-Caused Damage: Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, improper assembly, or using the modules in unintended ways will void the warranty. To keep your warranty valid, be sure to follow the assembly and care instructions provided.
Modifications: Making changes to the items, such as altering its structure modifying the upholstery, or using parts not made by Jaxx, will void the warranty.
