How do I sign up?

Download the Shop app for your mobile device and create an account. You will need to give Shop your email and phone information and add your card. All payment plans can be managed through the Shop app.

What Shop Pay's interest rate?

Interest rates will vary depending on the chosen payment plan. Shop Pay's "Pay in 4" bi-weekly option is interest-free for purchases between $50 and $999.99. Longer term financing options may or may not available depending on your credit history and have interest rates that range from 10% to 36% APR.

Are there requirements to use Shop Pay?

The criteria for using Shop Pay installments is that you must have a Shop Pay account and be at least 18 years old. All transactions must be carried out in USD, CAD, or GBP based on where you reside. You may use a supported debit or credit card - Capital One, Chase credit cards, and prepaid credit or debit cards are not accepted, and Shop Pay is not compatible with digital wallets such as Apple Pay. Final approval for installments are determined by Affirm on a case-by-case basis.

What if I can't make a payment?

If you are unable to make a Shop Pay installment payment, Shop Pay will attempt to charge the card again. Though there are generally no late fees, your credit score and future eligibility to use Shop Pay installments may be impacted by late or partial payments. If you have issues or questions with your Shop Pay installments, contact Affirm or Shopify support.

Does checking eligibility affect my credit score?

No — a soft credit check is used to see if you qualify, and soft checks don't affect your credit.

How do I make my payments?

Manage payments and view your schedule through the financing provider's app or online portal.

Can I pay off my purchase early?

Yes — you can typically pay off your balance early with no penalty.

Can I return an item bought with financing?

Yes — start your return with Jaxx and your financing account is updated once it's processed.
