Sustainability
At Jaxx, sustainability starts with smarter material choices. We use recycled foam and ship our products vacuum-compressed to minimize waste and reduce our overall footprint, all without compromising comfort or quality.
Mindful Resources
Our approach to packaging is simple: use less, waste less. Thanks to a game-changing vacuum-compression process, we remove up to 90% of the air from our foam bean bags before shipping, without sacrificing comfort or performance. Shrinking our box sizes by 66% means fewer paper products used, fewer trees cut down, and fewer emissions created in manufacturing and transport. Even recyclable materials require energy to produce, so we focus on reducing them from the start.

Less Fuel
A smaller box does more than save space; it saves fuel. By compressing our products, we can ship more at once, cutting down on transportation emissions across the board. And because 70% of our materials come from suppliers located just two hours from our Atlanta facility, we keep our supply chain tight, efficient, and eco-minded.
Upcycling Waste
Sustainability is built into our process. CNC foam shaping naturally creates leftover trim, and instead of letting it go to waste, we transform more than 1 million pounds of it each year into soft, supportive micro-cushions for our bean bags. It’s a win-win: less landfill waste and more comfort for you.

Made in the USA
Environmental responsibility is only part of the story. Every Jaxx Living product is made at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, where we invest in people as much as materials. By providing job training and local manufacturing opportunities, we help strengthen our community while building products you can feel good about.
