None help with a expensive purchase.
"Tried to get help from Customer Care due to my cover not fitting over the bag. Tried to take pieces out of the bag to make it smaller like customer care stated, but when trying to close the cover as putting pieces back into the bag the cover will not still close. Not sure what happened but I am not able to get cover over bag and it seems like I cannot get help to fix this issue for what I paid to be a quality item and so far have not been able to get this handled after having the unit for a over 4 weeks now. Sad to see how this has been handled through your company."

Heavy but comfortable
"I gave if four stars because it's so heavy and hard to fluff. Otherwise I love this bean bag. It's a lounge chair Bean bag. It's very comfortable and PACKED with for. Being 7ft long that makes it very heavy. It takes m6 two 6'4 sons to help me fluff it and get it in a position I like. The pattern is so pretty. Once I'm settled in it I'm so comfy. I figured out ways of getting in and out. I used the couch next to me and turn around and kneel in the beanbag. Overall a great purchase for comfort"

"I bought my Jaxx bean bag couch over ten years ago. I originally bought it for my back pain. . . . oh what a relief it was. 2 years ago I bought some extra fill. No problem adding it. I dreaded washing the cover. No problem getting it off or back on. I moved into a small apartment while our house is being built so I gave my bean bag to my daughter. Sleeping on the couch is not the same. Only 8 more months and I get to buy a new one for the new house. I love my bean bag!"
