    Great chair overall, some issues with assembly

    "Set up should in theory be 5 minutes. In actuality, we struggled to get the screws to line up with the metal plates that they slide into. It took a lot of struggle and we had to make the screws longer (by unscrewin with a screwdriver), and then use a mallet to get it to fit in snuggly. Also, one end of the crossbar has the screws grouped at one end of the crossbar, the other end has the screws grouped at the opposite end of the crossbar. This is a manufacturing mistake. I removed one star for that reason. Be sure to put the bean bag fill into the cover right after you cut open the sealed plastic it comes in (not the wrap, but a huge plastic bag that's sealed) because once it expands it's unwieldy to get the cover on. It will puff up over 8 hours. The chair is comfy and as advertised. Other than expecting a 5 minute set up (the method is super easy) that actually took about 45 minutes with 2 people, a screwdriver and a mallet, the chair is great. It is as comfy as it looks. The filling is nice and full."
