Some are. Our washable rugs, including Alie and Holi, are made to go in the washing machine. Others, like Atira, Leryn, Lunao and Malilinao, are not listed as washable, so check the care details on each product page.

What is a checkered rug and how do I style one?

A checkered rug has a repeating grid of squares in two or more colors. Soft, low contrast checks like cream and light brown feel warm and relaxed, while higher contrast checks make more of a statement. Lay one under a sofa or bed, or use it to anchor a kids room or reading corner.
