Cocoon 4 — Brushed Twill (Re-Made)4ft Kids Bean Bag Chair

Brushed twill is the kind of fabric you notice with your hands before your eyes. Matte, soft-worn, a little substantial — it looks like something that's already been loved and holds up like something new. Inside it's the same Cocoon 4 we've always made: foam micro-cushions that shift and settle until the whole thing molds around whoever landed in it.

 

It's the reading nook chair, the homework chair, the one that gets dragged in front of the TV and never quite makes it back. Seven colors, all of them saturated enough to survive a kid's opinion.

 

We cut and sew in Atlanta, which means we see the end of a fabric run before anyone else does. This brushed twill was last call at the mill — one roll, no reorder. So we sewed it onto a shape that's still very much in the line. Same Cocoon 4. Same fill, same construction, same warranty — at half what the standard version costs.

 

Each color is capped by how much twill we had, and some are a much shorter run than others. When a color sells out it's gone for good — there's no second roll to go back to.
